Can’t attend 5 Saturday classes in a row?

That’s alright— there is no particular order to the classes, you can pick and choose the classes and  dates you like. We also offer up to 2 make-up classes, scheduled when it works best for you.

Just want to try one class?

No problem. Not everyone starts their journey fearless. Join us for a trial class, and you’ll have the opportunity to return and earn your Black Belt.

Want to bring your child?

Absolutely. Children under 12 who are interested in the craft, attending together with an adult participant, can come for free. It’s a great way to bond as a family while learning something truly hands-on.

Want a digital gift certificate?

Yes, we can produce a personalized digital gift certificate at no extra cost if you subscribe to the 5-class bundle.

Interested in learning kitchen foundations?

We also have a specific program to learn foundational recipes and the art of cooking.

Week 2 - Gnocchi with Brown Butter & Sage Master pillowy potato gnocchi and finish with a rich brown butter and sage sauce.
Week 3 - Ravioli alla Vodka Create delicate handmade ravioli filled with creamy goat cheese and dill, served with a vodka-infused tomato and leek sauce.
Week 4 - Traditional Italian Carbonara Experience carbonara the authentic way — no cream, just eggs, Pecorino Romano, guanciale, and black pepper.
